The WISE Welcome Meeting is where new members of the WISE Community come together for the first time — to connect, learn, and be inspired.

During two engaging days, participants will get to know one another and explore what it means to be part of the WISE Community. The meeting provides an introduction to WISE’s vision, structure, and research areas, and offers a unique opportunity to build relationships across universities and disciplines.

This year’s meeting will take place at Vildmarkshotellet in Kolmården, beautifully located next to the zoo and surrounded by nature. The setting offers the perfect combination of focus and relaxation, making it easy to meet new colleagues and exchange ideas.

The program will feature presentations from WISE researchers and coordinators, interactive poster sessions highlighting new projects and ideas, and—of course—a social activity in Kolmården Zoo, giving participants a chance to connect in a more informal and inspiring environment.
