As a speaker at WISE Dialogue 2026, you will give a 15-minute presentation in one of the thematic blocks.
Each block is followed by a moderated panel discussion. Participation in the panel is of course voluntary, but we warmly encourage speakers to take part, as the panel discussions provide valuable opportunities for dialogue, reflection and exchange of perspectives.
WISE will arrange and cover both travel and accommodation for invited speakers who are not part of the WISE community. This includes both the cost and the booking.
Speakers who are part of the WISE community are responsible for booking and covering their own travel and accommodation.
If WISE is arranging your travel and hotel, you will receive a separate email with instructions and questions well in advance of the event.
To ensure a smooth and professional flow during the conference, we kindly ask all speakers to upload their presentation in advance so that we can merge all slides into a single, unified presentation file.
