SKIWEEK WRIST BAND
Everyone attending SkiWeek 2026 must register for the SkiWeek wrist band to get access to all samples, discounts, offers, and event information on site. All participants register individually via the link below and should do so as soon as possible – offers start rolling out long before the event itself kicks off!

SKIWEEK Q&A
The most common questions we’re getting right now are about how to cancel spots, so here’s a summary of the answer:
Within 10 days of receiving a confirmed SkiWeek booking, the registration fee must be paid. Before that deadline, you can adjust your booking completely free of charge.
After that, it depends on whether you added the insurance or not:
Without insurance: The registration fee is non-refundable if places are cancelled. Cancellations can be made up to 42 days before arrival without being liable for the full package amount.
With insurance: The registration fee is refunded if places are cancelled, with only the insurance cost being retained by us. It is then possible to cancel and get both your registration fee and final payment refunded up to 21 days before arrival, and closer than that with a medical certificate or similar proof.
The insurance costs 195 SEK per person and can be added via the registration of interest or when booking online. The insurance must cover all participants in your booking.

THE HISTORY ABOUT SKIWEEK
In 1991, ÖSIS (Östersund Students’ Sports Association) started organizing Student SkiWeek in Vemdalen to create a gathering for university students, focusing on skiing and togetherness. Over the years, the event has evolved with various partners and collaborators, and today a small project team at SkiStar carries it forward in both Vemdalen and Åre. Our goal is for SkiWeek to keep growing, always with students’ interests and affordability at heart as well as good hang out, great offers and lots of fun competitions.
