Sales Executive - Sweden

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Team: Lyyti-SuperOffice (LY-SO) Unit | Reports to Chief Sales Officer, Lari Lempinen

We're looking for Sales Executives to build and grow Lyyti's business within the SuperOffice ecosystem — from the ground up. We're hiring simultaneously in three markets: Sweden, the Netherlands, and Norway.

This is a pioneering, quota-carrying role for a senior sales professional with the drive and entrepreneurial instinct to establish a local market. You'll be the face of Lyyti in your market, opening doors, closing deals, and activating a partner network — with the full backing of both Lyyti and SuperOffice behind you.

About the role

As our Sales Executive, you will:

  • Own and carry a full sales quota, with accountability for both new customer acquisition and revenue expansion within existing accounts.
  • Leverage the SuperOffice customer base and partner ecosystem as a strong foundation, while also prospecting new local accounts with targeted outreach.
  • Manage and convert the local Lyyti inbound lead flow, qualifying and progressing opportunities efficiently.
  • Support and activate the local partner network in collaboration with the Partner Managers, serving as first-line sales support for partner-driven opportunities.
  • Operate daily from your local SuperOffice office, staying closely aligned with the LY-SO unit through weekly joint meetings and 1-on-1s.
  • Participate in key Lyyti moments — the annual Lyyti Challenge, Sales & Marketing offsite, and other company events.

Who you are

You're a senior sales professional who thrives in a market-building role. You know how to take a strong existing ecosystem — established customer relationships, a trusted partner network, and a proven product — and turn it into a growing local business. You're energised by ownership and the freedom to shape how things are done, and you're skilled at building momentum where others haven't yet focused.

You're comfortable driving a local operation independently while staying closely connected to a broader team that supports you. You don't wait for inbound. You prospect, you follow up, you close — and then you expand. You know how to work a partner channel and make it move.

What you bring

  • A track record of senior B2B sales in SaaS or technology, including building pipeline, managing full sales cycles, and closing.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you've taken ownership of a market or territory before and know how to move things forward with initiative.
  • Experience working in a partner channel: activating, supporting, and co-selling alongside local resellers.
  • Fluent in your local language and English.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to the sales process.
