We are excited to showcase your research and create an inspiring exhibition of WISE projects.
The poster session is one of the highlights of WISE Dialogue 2026 and offers WISE PhD students and postdocs the opportunity to share their work, connect with colleagues, and engage in meaningful discussions across the WISE community.
All WISE PhD students and postdocs are expected to participate and present a poster on site.
Regardless of how far along you are in your project, we look forward to your contribution.
Poster registration deadline
March 6, 2026
All posters must be registered by this date in order to be guaranteed a place in the poster session.
Poster session
March 17, 2026 (afternoon)
Each participant will be assigned to Session 1 or Session 2.
Information about session assignments and poster board numbers will be communicated by email closer to the event.
Poster registration and optional upload to the digital poster catalogue are handled via a separate email sent to all PhD students and postdocs who have registered for WISE Dialogue 2026.

Please prepare a poster that presents your WISE project, with a clear focus on its societal, industrial, and sustainability relevance.
✓ If you are involved in multiple WISE projects, you may submit more than one poster
✓ WISE Fellows should only submit posters for active PhD or Postdoc projects within WISE
Your poster must include:
✓ The full WISE logo (Wallenberg Initiative Materials Science for Sustainability)
✓ The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation logo
✓ Industry co-applicant name (for WISE-ip projects)
All PhD students and postdocs are expected to present a poster on site during the poster session.
Uploading a poster to the digital poster catalogue is optional.
Please note that all files uploaded to the digital poster catalogue may be accessible externally via the WISE website. If you do not wish to share some or all of your poster publicly, you may modify the file accordingly or choose not to upload it.
Please remember to:
✓ Print and bring your poster (printing is not available onsite)
✓ Set up your poster on your assigned poster board before the conference starts at 09:00 on March 17
✓ Poster boards will be clearly numbered according to your session and position
✓ Remove your poster after the final session unless instructed otherwise
