This workshop series is designed to give management teams space for strategic conversations, helping build a shared understanding of AI and a clear direction for driving structured AI efforts.

Throughout the series, you’ll dive into key questions such as:

  • What strategic importance does AI hold for your organization?
  • How can you ensure your organization has the right competencies to work with AI?
  • What does value-creating AI development look like?
  • How can AI be implemented in a systematic way?
  • What is the leadership team's role and responsibility?

Program structure

The training consists of six modules delivered across two online sessions on September 11 and October 2.

Between sessions, participants will complete a short reflection exercise based on their own organization. The training also includes a brief pre-assignment and an optional follow-up.

Before – approx. 15 min (individual time)

  • Self-assessment of your organization’s AI maturity
  • Short pre-read to establish shared terminology
  • Submit a pressing strategic AI question – this helps us tailor the discussion to your context

During – two interactive online sessions (2 h + 2 h)

Session 1 – Strategic understanding and organizational foundations

  • Introduction to the training
  • Module 1: The strategic importance of AI
  • Module 2: Leadership and the role of competence
  • Module 3: Identifying and prioritizing relevant use cases
  • Summary and briefing for the reflection exercise

Reflection exercise – between the sessions (approx. 30 minutes)

Based on the themes from session 1, reflect on:

  1. One way to strengthen your organization’s leadership in AI
  2. One activity to address AI-related competence needs
  3. Three use cases that are strategically important for your organization

These ideas should be documented ahead of session 2 – in any format you prefer.

Session 2 – From insight to structured implementation and change

  • Group reflection and sharing of the exercise results
  • Module 4: The AI House – a framework for mapping organizational AI work
  • Module 5: Data & technology – key enablers for success
  • Module 6: Transformation – how to create lasting organizational change
