Welcome to a strategic and hands-on workshop series for leadership teams!
This series is tailored for leadership teams in the private sector who want to strengthen their collective ability to lead on AI and build a systematic, long-term, and sustainable approach to AI within their organisation.
The programme is hosted by Peter Kurzwelly, AI Strategist at AI Sweden, and Per Clingweld, AI Change Agent for AI Adoption at AI Sweden – two of Sweden’s most experienced experts in AI, innovation, and organizational development.
No prior knowledge of AI is needed. We warmly welcome all participants, regardless of previous experience or technical background.
To ensure your organisation gets the most out of the programme, we expect full participation from your entire leadership team.

Before signing up:
You register for the workshop series as a leadership team. Each team appoints a coordinator who signs up the whole group by adding all members’ email addresses.
The coordinator’s role:
- Book self-led sessions, and remind members about pre-work.
- Support engagement and continuity by tracking progress and facilitating group reflections.
- Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and with AI Sweden to contribute to the workshop series development.

About the workshop series
This workshop series is designed to provide your leadership team with a dedicated space for strategic dialogues about AI. Together, you will build a shared understanding, formulate a clear direction, and lay the foundation for a systematic approach to AI. Our ambition is to act as a catalyst, helping you take collective ownership of the AI agenda and accelerate your journey towards long-term, sustainable AI maturity.
Learn together with other organizations
During our workshops, you will participate alongside leadership teams from other companies within AI Sweden’s partner network. A key part of our pedagogy is collaborative learning, where you will have the opportunity to discuss shared challenges and exchange experiences. This provides valuable perspectives and new ideas for developing your own organization.
Key questions addressed by the series:
Throughout the modules, you will gain the tools to find your own answers to crucial questions:
- What is the strategic importance of AI for our specific business?
- What responsibility rests on us as leaders and as a management team?
- How do we ensure we have the right competence for the future?
- What do responsible AI mean in practice?
- How do we take the first steps to work systematically with AI?
Program structure: Five modules
The workshop series consists of five modules: three self-directed modules completed individually and as a leadership team, and two facilitated workshop sessions with AI Sweden on November 6th and December 11th.
Module 1: Preparation & Current state analysis (self-directed)
We begin by establishing a common foundation. Time commitment: approximately 30–60 minutes individually. Please make sure to block the time in your calendar when you sign up.

- Answer a survey to map out your current AI Maturity (please note: the survey is sent with your confirmation email upon registration)
Module 2: Workshop 1 – Strategic foundation and framework (facilitated by AI Sweden)
During the first digital workshop, on November 6 at 10:00 – 12:00, we will focus on:
- The strategic importance of AI for the private sector.
- The role of the leadership team and the competence challenge.
- The AI House: A framework for visualizing and structuring your AI initiatives.
Module 3: Application & reflection (self-directed)
Between the live sessions, you will apply the insights to your own organization through individual reflection and group discussion to identify opportunities, vulnerabilities, and prioritized issues.
Time commitment: approximately 30 minutes individually + 60 minutes as a group. Please make sure to block the time in your calendar when you sign up.
Module 4: Workshop 2 – From insight to implementation (facilitated by AI Sweden)
During the second digital workshop, on December 11 at 10:00 – 12:00 CEST, we will focus on turning insights into action:
- Identifying & prioritizing strategic AI opportunities.
- Data & technology: An overview of the technical prerequisites.
- Leading the transformation: Creating the conditions for lasting change.
Module 5: Action plan & next steps (self-directed)
The workshop series concludes with your team finalizing the model of your “AI House” and initiating the development of a concrete action plan to advance your strategic AI work.
Time commitment: approx. 30 minutes individually + 60 minutes as a group. Please make sure to block the time in your calendar when you sign up.
