Elena Aylott

Founder, Aylott Group | Leadership and People Experience Consultant | TEDx Speaker Coach

Elena Aylott is the Founder of Aylott Group, a leadership and people experience consultancy that helps executives, teams, and organizations communicate with confidence and lead with impact.

She is the creator of the Management Assistant Operating Model, a practical framework that turns executive support into strategic leadership — empowering professionals to work smarter, elevate their influence, and drive organizational success.

Before founding her consultancy, Elena built a distinguished career at Oriflame Cosmetics, where she advanced from Executive Assistant to Vice President of Global Communications and Employee Experience (CHRO). In that role, she led culture transformation across more than 60 countries, shaping employee experience for thousands of colleagues worldwide.

As a TEDx Stockholm Speaker Coach, Elena helps professionals craft messages that move people and ideas forward. A long-time supporter of IMA, she previously served as Chair of IMA Sweden East and Vice Chair of IMA Sweden, demonstrating her passion for elevating the role and impact of Management Assistants globally.

Discover the historic neighborhood of La Croix-Rousse, famously known as the “working hill” — once home to Lyon’s silk weavers, the canuts.

  • Learn about the city’s silk industry heritage and how it shaped Lyon’s identity.
  • Explore charming streets filled with history and local life.
  • Hear stories of the “mâchon”, a traditional early-morning snack shared by silk workers in the city’s cozy bouchons — small, family-run restaurants that make Lyon the Capital of French Gastronomy.

Continue your walk through the Opera and Town Hall area before arriving at the Paul Bocuse Indoor Market, where you’ll enjoy tastings of local specialties.

The tour concludes with a short 6-minute walk back to the Radisson Blu at approximately 17:30.

Enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the Saône River, offering a unique view of Lyon’s past and present:

  • Admire the Renaissance façades of Vieux Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Glide past iconic landmarks such as the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière, Saint-Jean Cathedral, and the Neo-Gothic Saint-Georges Church.
  • Continue downstream toward Confluence, where historic Lyon meets its modern architectural district.

The cruise concludes at 12:15.

Terms and conditions

All invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue. Please note that for the Early Bird rate all payments must be received by 18 January 2026 at the latest. If you fail to pay your early bird registration fee by 18 January 2026 , you will be charged the regular registration fee. Only fully registered and paid delegates will be admitted to the sessions.

Registration fees do not include accommodation. Airfare/travel costs are in addition to the conference and event registration fees and is arranged by the participants themselves. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Please note that all invoices must be paid by 19 February 2026 . If we don't receive the payment by this date your registration will be cancelled.



Payments can be executed as follows:

1) With credit card payment via Stripe only during your online registration. Any changes to your registration after the initial online registration must be paid by bank transfer.

Payment provider transaction fees are included in the price. Any further charges of the delegate's credit card will be the responsibility of the delegate.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any changes and/or refunds must be notified in writing to the Professional Conference Organiser, Ursula Wartha, Strictly Business - Premium Management Support, pco@ima-network.org. Cancellations/amendments received in writing by 9 February 2026 will receive a full refund less a €25 administration fee per person. Cancellations/amendments received after 9 February 2026 will not be refunded, but replacements are welcome without penalty.
