Session 1: Kickoff & Current State Analysis

7 November 2025, 10:00–12:00 CET

The first meeting of the Competence Strategy Network sets the tone for our journey together. In this kickoff, we will:

  • Take stock of today’s AI competence landscape across sectors
  • Identify key challenges, gaps, and opportunities for organisations
  • Share perspectives on what is needed to future-proof AI competence strategies

This session is designed as a needs-gathering dialogue. We want to hear your perspectives, questions, and challenges – both during the meeting and beforehand. Your input will directly shape the focus areas and design of the 2026 network programme.

Registration is now closed.

About the network

Why join the Competence Strategy Network?

The competence gap is one of the biggest barriers to unlocking value with AI. Expectations are rising fast, and turning knowledge into everyday practice requires more than education – it takes leadership, organisation, and culture.

As a member, you gain:

✓ Tools for strategic and practical AI competence development

✓ Guidance from leading Swedish and international examples

✓ A neutral arena to test ideas and share cases

✓ Expert input in interactive formats

✓ A strategic context to grow in – both individually and as an organisation

The Competence Strategy Network is AI Sweden’s arena for leaders and strategists driving AI competence. It brings together partners from industry, public sector, academia, and civil society to secure the skills needed for an AI-powered future.

The network is designed as a journey where each session builds on the last. That’s why we want you to book all six sessions in your calendar already now – to ensure continuity, deeper discussions, and the best possible outcome for you and the network.
