For the second year in a row, the Consulate General of France in Los Angeles, in partnership with Grand Performances, is hosting a large-scale Bastille Day celebration in the heart of Downtown!
Join us on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at California Plaza for a free open-air concert and a French market, open to all.
Let’s celebrate French culture, French music, and French food together, in the City of Angels!
Starting at 5PM, join us for a festive evening featuring:

🥐 Le French Market
Discover delicious French specialties — think crêpes, quiches, pastries, merch and more — and browse a curated selection of local French artisans and brands.

Black M, one of France's most successful hip-hop artists and member of award-winning band Sexion D’assaut, will bring his chart-topping hits and infectious energy to California!

Barbara Pravi, acclaimed singer-songwriter and France's representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021, will captivate audiences with her powerful voice and emotionally charged repertoire.

Joachim Garraud, pioneer of the French Touch movement and longtime collaborator of David Guetta and Jean-Michel Jarre, will close the evening with an electrifying DJ set!

Pascal & the French Jazz Project will open the festivities with a lively celebration of beloved French classics, inviting audiences to sing along and experience the timeless songs that have shaped generations of French culture.
