🚀 AI + Learning Hackathon – Prototype the Future of Workplace Learning

AI is transforming the way we work — and the way we learn. As technology reshapes roles, teams and organisations, we need new approaches to learning that are smarter, faster and more human.

This hackathon invites professionals, innovators and learning designers to explore how AI can support real development in real work settings. Whether it’s onboarding new colleagues, building leadership skills, or encouraging daily learning in hybrid teams — the goal is to create inclusive and scalable solutions that help people and organisations grow together.

🎯 The Challenge – Learning at Scale

Learning is no longer a side activity — it’s a core part of how organisations perform, adapt and thrive. Yet many learning systems are stuck in the past, with static content and long courses that don’t fit into today’s fast-moving workflows.

With AI, we can start designing learning tools that are dynamic, personalised and embedded in daily work. Tools that respond to real needs — from micro-learning and just-in-time nudges to peer-driven learning and smart dashboards.

The challenge is simple: build something that actually works in the real world of work.

👥 Who Should Join?

We’re looking for curious and committed people from across industries and disciplines. You don’t need to be an AI expert — just someone who cares about learning and wants to make a difference.

This is for you if you work with HR, L&D, education, tech, product, strategy or change. Whether you’re a designer, developer, teacher, manager, facilitator or student — your perspective matters.

Join alone or with a team. If you need teammates, we’ll help you connect.

💡 Why Join?

This is your chance to explore new ideas, test new tools and help shape the future of workplace learning. You’ll get inspiration from leading voices, work hands-on with people from different fields, and receive support from mentors as you prototype your idea.

And maybe most importantly — you’ll be part of a growing community working to build smarter, more meaningful ways to learn at work.

Let’s prototype the future of workplace learning — at scale.
