Growth & Product Marketing Specialist

Location: Stockholm (preferred), open to candidates based in Helsinki, Turku, or Oslo

Team: Marketing | Reports to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Are you passionate about growth, data, and turning product positioning into real pipeline impact?

At Lyyti, we’re looking for a Growth & Product Marketing Specialist to strengthen two of our most important growth drivers: lead management and product marketing.

This is a new role at the heart of our international expansion. You’ll work across our Nordic markets as well as globally to optimise how we generate, manage, and convert demand, while elevating how we bring our product to market. As a completely new position on the team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and building this role together with us.

About the role

As our Growth & Product Marketing Specialist, you will:

📊 Optimise our growth infrastructure

  • Take ownership of HubSpot as one of your main tools
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting, and funnel visibility
  • Optimise workflows and lead flows across markets
  • Provide analytical insights that improve performance
  • Collaborate with local marketers to improve ROI and targeting

📦 Drive product marketing forward

  • Act as marketing’s representative in Go-To-Market projects
  • Support messaging, positioning, and product launches
  • Develop sales enablement materials
  • Help take our product marketing maturity to the next level

🤝 Improve lead management & sales alignment

  • Maintain and optimise the operational lead flow between HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with sales and our international meeting booking agencies
  • Support local markets by improving SQL volume and quality
  • Ensure smoother handovers and better lead follow-up processes

Why Lyyti?

Lyyti is the leading Nordic event platform, helping companies create more meaningful encounters. Our beloved platform is trusted by brands like American Express, Warner Bros., Discovery, Air France-KLM, and government agencies worldwide to power their event creation and management. Events aren’t just part of our product—they’re at the core of who we are.

You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious international team where creativity, ownership, clarity, and a growth mindset matter.

This role is key to strengthening our growth engine across all markets, and you’ll have a real impact from day one.

Who you are

You’re commercially and analytically driven. You're tech savvy and enjoy diving into dashboards, optimising workflows, and improving conversion rates, but you also understand that growth doesn’t come from data alone. Strong messaging, sharp copy, thoughtful design, and clear product positioning are just as critical to driving demand.

You care deeply about funnel performance and continuously seek ways to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Seeing your work translate into measurable revenue motivates you.

You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with local marketers, sales, product teams, and external partners. You take ownership of systems and processes, and you’re confident in driving improvements where needed.

You’re fluent in English and either Swedish or Norwegian.

What you bring

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, and/or product marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams
  • Some experience working with paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google)
  • Fluent English + Norwegian or Swedish

What we offer you

  • A truly international team across the Nordics and Europe, collaborating closely across markets.
  • The opportunity to shape and build a new role from the ground up, with real ownership and impact.
  • Benefits supporting work well-being: flexible working hours, extensive occupational healthcare, the Auntie service, Edenred lunch benefit, and Epassi sports and culture benefit.
  • Global exposure through cross-market initiatives and Go-To-Market projects.
  • The chance to grow your personal brand and thought leadership.
  • Collaboration with globally recognised brands and leading organisations that trust Lyyti for their event management.
  • Possibility to work remotely two days per week. Office days are important for building meaningful connections, collaborating closely, and learning from your colleagues.
