Time: 09 AM to 4 PM

Arrival by public transport

From the airport: Take the I-train (2 min, one stop) and get off at Aviapolis station. Exit the station towards Aviabulevardi. You may also take a bus for 1-2 stops and getting off at either Teknikontie or Mekaanikontie bus stop. You require a BC or CD zone ticket for the route.

From Helsinki city center: Both I- and P-trains go from the central railway station to the airport, and stop at the Aviapolis station. Exit the station towards Aviabulevardi. You may also take the bus 600, whose nearest stop to the event location is Teknikontie. You require an ABC zone ticket for the route.

Public transport tickets may be purchased from automats at the railway station or by using the HSL app.

Arrival by car

Follow the airport signs to reach the area or use the address Karhumäentie 5 on your navigator. Your car may be parked either outside in front of the hotel, or in the Kolmioparkki Aviapolis garage adjacent to the hotel. Parking is complimentary for event guests.

Kolmioparkki: Drive into the garage and notify hotel staff of your vehicle registration number during the event. If you have the Moovy app, please remember to deactivate it prior to entering the garage to avoid being charged automatically.

Please also note that the complimentary parking does not include charging electric vehicles. Charging can be paid separately at the garage.

Outside parking: Have the hotel’s reception staff validate your parking ticket before leaving.
