Alexander Graf is a leading expert in digital commerce and the Co-CEO of Spryker, a commerce technology platform powering global enterprises such as Toyota, Aldi, and Siemens Healthineers. He is also the host of the widely followed German podcast, Kassenzone, where he shares weekly insights on e-commerce trends and business models. Prior to founding Spryker, Graf co-founded several successful companies, including the fashion e-tailer About You, the digital consultancy Etribes, and Amazon agency Factor A. His work focuses on scalable commerce innovation and driving digital transformation in complex business environments.

Arhi Kivilahti has worked in the retail industry in many positions. Initially as a PhD researcher in Aalto University and visiting researcher in Oxford University (Saïd Business School). After his PhD about the emergence of online grocery retailing in the UK, he went on to work as a consultant before joining Kesko in 2016 to work as a Development Director responsible of building the ecommerce capabilities for the grocery business.
After Kesko he founded an online grocery start-up. For the last six years Arhi has worked as an independent analyst and commentator covering all main international retail industries as well as categories.

Jussi-Pekka Erkkola is a Finnish digital business professional currently serving as Vice President of Elisa’s eCommerce & Digital Services unit. He brings extensive experience in digital service innovation, marketing, and business development. His expertise spans strategic leadership, impactful digital customer experiences, and sustainability.
