- Six international talents deliver 2–3 minute elevator pitches; feedback from a panel

- A pitch workshop for participants will be held on either 3 or 4 November

12:30–13:20 – "Perfect Match" – employers meet potential candidates
- A fun yet focused recruiting format, similar to speed-dating
13:20–13:30 – Closing remarks: moving toward concrete next steps

IWL project team

Meet the IWL project team at the event!

The International Work Lahti project connects international talent in the Lahti region with local employers, providing comprehensive support for both employment and recruitment.

Our eight-member team includes training coordinators, business coordinators, and a Finnish language education specialist. Project administration is handled by a project manager and coordinator.

We’ll update speaker information as confirmations come in.
