Annukka Kortepuro is a dedicated community builder with a background in career coaching and HR services. Her work focuses on helping people find their own motivation and turn setbacks into strengths.
As the Student Community Coordinator at LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences' Lahti campus, Annukka helps to create supportive and inclusive environment for students. Her experience highlights the importance of resilience, cultural adaptability, and communication skills in the professional world.
Marita Hakala is a commited career counsellor and a member of the LUT & LAB Career Services team, where she supports students in job searching and career planning. She has worked in various services helping clients discover their career paths and navigate the employment process.
Marita has extensive knowledge of legislation, industries, and educational opportunities. She enjoys using her expertise to benefit others and values the learning that comes from every client interaction. She considers listening one of the most essential skills in her profession.

The International Work Lahti project connects international talent in the Lahti region with local employers, providing comprehensive support for both employment and recruitment.
Our eight-member team includes training coordinators, business coordinators, and a Finnish language education specialist. Project administration is handled by a project manager and coordinator.
