Nordic Conference of Educational Publishers

The Finnish Publishers Association is honored to host the biannual Nordic Conference of Educational Publishers in 2026. We invite colleagues from all Nordic countries to discuss current topics related to education, teaching and learning materials.

The conference will take place on 27.–28.8.2026 at Solo Sokos Hotel Pier 4 in Helsinki. Those arriving early will have the opportunity to join an informal get-together already on Wednesday evening.

Ticket cost is 480€ + VAT 25,5% if you register before 1.6.2026. Ticket includes event catering and dinner.

Late Bird ticket price 560€ + VAT 25,5% is valid till the end of registration 1.6.–15.7.2026.

Kirsti Lonka

Professor Kirsti Lonka, (Ph.D. in Psychology) is a renowned and highly cited scholar in the field of learning. She is currently authoring a book that explores learning and motivation in the era of artificial intelligence.

Frank Martela

Associate Professor Frank Martela, (Ph.D in Industrial engineering & Management and Ph.D in Practical Philosophy) is an internationally recognized, Finland’s leading expert on intrinsic motivation, well-being, meaningfulness, and the good life, with a clear vision of how to promote these both in workplaces and in society.

Antti Rammo

CEO and founder of Star Cloud OÜ, the developer of Opiq platform. Opiq is the most popular digital learning environment in Estonia that distributes the learning materials from most mainstream Estonian educational publishers. With Opiq, Antti and his team aim to push and explore the boundaries of educational publishing in the digital era.
