Warmly welcome to Roschier & WCN event to discuss how the use of AI tools will affect workplaces and ways of working.


As AI continues to evolve, it reshapes industries, redefines jobs, and revolutionizes the way we work (or is promised to do so). We will go through key items for compliance with relevant law and discuss some of the exciting possibilities and challenges that AI brings to the workplace, relating to on how AI is integrating into daily operations, opportunities for enhancing productivity and efficiency, and the ethical implications and ensuring responsible AI deployment.


Event starts at 5 pm with welcome words by Partner Johanna Lilja and continues with Senior Associate Emma Swahne's presentation, followed by answering your preliminary questions via registration. After Emma's presentation we will have light dinner at the Sky Lounge and if the weather is agreeable, also on the Terrace. Evening continues with conversations reflecting the topics and beside and ends by 8.30 pm.

Emma Swahne

Senior Associate

Emma Swahne is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate advising clients on a broad range of matters related to technology, software and data, as well as general contract law.

Her special expertise lies in data protection (including the life cycle of personal data from planning of its collection to its erasure, ePrivacy and data breach management), electronic communications and contractual matters related to SaaS based solutions, but she regularly advises also on outsourcing, IT and services procurement, as well as software development and commercialization projects. Emma’s experience also covers working in IP and technology intensive M&A transactions, including legal advisory on post-transaction arrangements such as transitional services, carve-outs and IT integration and separation.
